Location: Dewsbury, West Yorkshire

Salary: £24,000 - £31,000 Basic + Bonus

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours

We're supporting a well established and growing business operating within the technical engineering sector. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Graduate Sales & Account Executive to join their commercial team.

This is a structured entry level role designed to develop you into a fully fledged Sales & Account Manager. You'll receive training, support and exposure across both inbound account management and proactive sales activity.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to inbound customer enquiries and producing quotations
• Learning how to manage customer accounts and build long term relationships
• Supporting existing clients with product information, pricing and availability
• Developing outbound communication skills by proactively contacting customers
• Identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities under guidance
• Working closely with internal teams to understand order processing and supply chains
• Building strong product knowledge within a technical/engineering environment
• Following up quotations and learning how to convert opportunities into sales
• Gaining exposure to commercial decision making, pricing and margin control

What We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who has studied or is interested in areas such as:

• Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related disciplines)
• Science or Technical subjects
• Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations

We are also open to graduates from other disciplines who can demonstrate strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in B2B sales.

You should be:

• Confident communicating with people at all levels
• Interested in learning how commercial businesses operate
• Proactive, curious and willing to pick up the phone
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, structured environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Motivated by targets, progression and personal development
