We are looking for a hands‑on QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER who is confident leading with BRANCH AUDITS, CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMPLAINTS and SAFEGUARDING Matters.
You will use your experience and expertise to develop, actively lead and support our branches with QUALITY IMPROVEMENT, RISK MANAGEMENT, and striving for a high standard of CUSTOMER SERVICE and COMPLIANCE.
With outstanding people management skills, a PERSON-CENTRED APPROACH and knowledge of CQC REGULATIONS and LOCAL AUTHORITY GUIDELINES you must have the ability to build effective relationships with the teams, our clients and external Health Care Professionals.
