Job Description

Currently seeking a Resident Liaison Officer for a project in Cambridge, duration of 36 weeks. The organisation is a building contractor with an excellent reputation in the construction industry for delivering quality schemes across London and the South East.

Responsibilities

• Have undertaken a similar role in the past and will be responsible for maintaining effective communication between the company and the residents during the works
• Ensure that the residents are fully informed and supported throughout the project.
• Raise any concerns or issues that may arise with the Project Manager on site

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be in or near Cambridge. Applicants residing in Cambridge and surrounding areas are encouraged.
