The Role:
- Lead and develop a small team, providing coaching, feedback and performance support
- Oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure consistent service standards
- Manage complaints, appeals and reassessments, identifying trends and improvements
- Design and deliver engaging training programmes to enhance team capability
- Produce and analyse reports to drive continuous improvement initiatives
