Site Superintendent – Mission-Critical Construction (Travel Role)

We’re seeking a hands‑on Superintendent to lead daily field operations for mission‑critical, industrial, and energy‑sector projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who values precision, teamwork, and problem‑solving in technically challenging environments.

Your Impact

• Coordinate and manage construction activities from start to closeout
• Oversee subcontractors and site safety programs
• Develop and execute MOPs/SOPs for live critical systems
• Ensure delivery of on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality projects

What You Bring

• 5 years of site leadership in data center, power generation, oil & gas, or industrial projects
• Technical knowledge of critical systems and construction sequencing
• Strong communication and field coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience
• Willingness to travel weekly (home weekends)
