Job Summary

Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem who has an immediate requirement for a hybrid working ServiceNow HRSD / S2P Senior Developer for a permanent hybrid role in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

The role will involve working with the customer, designing and developing solutions, integrating with external systems, enhancing platform functionality, configuring and customising the ServiceNow environment, managing risk, documenting processes, and applying ITIL practices.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow – 5+ years experience
• HRSD / S2P – essential
• ITSM – essential
• HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Onboarding, Transitions, Document Management, HR Performance analytics
• Integration with HRSM/HRIS using Workday, SAP Success Factors or similar
• ServiceNow certifications – CSA, CIS – CSM, ITIL v3 Foundation
• Degree
• Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
