What you’ll actually do

• Own the architecture of critical systems and drive technical direction
• Solve complex, ambiguous problems that don’t have clear answers
• Set engineering standards and raise the bar across the team
• Mentor senior engineers and influence how the team scales
• Work closely with leadership on long-term technical strategy

• Proven experience operating at Staff level (or ready to step into it)
• Deep technical expertise with the ability to stay hands‑on
• Strong system design and architectural thinking
• Ability to influence without authority — people listen when you speak
