What you’ll actually do
- Own the architecture of critical systems and drive technical direction
- Solve complex, ambiguous problems that don’t have clear answers
- Set engineering standards and raise the bar across the team
- Mentor senior engineers and influence how the team scales
- Work closely with leadership on long-term technical strategy

- Proven experience operating at Staff level (or ready to step into it)
- Deep technical expertise with the ability to stay hands‑on
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Ability to influence without authority — people listen when you speak
- A pragmatic mindset — you know when to go deep and when to ship
