The role
Up to £200k for senior platform engineers at London companies running infrastructure at meaningful scale. ML platform, GenAI platform, cloud infra, developer experience, and core systems platform.
These are companies where infra is a strategic capability, not a cost centre. The work is building the systems other engineers build on, with real investment behind it.
The work
- Design and operate core platform services: compute, data, deployment, observability
- Build ML or GenAI platform capabilities used across product teams
- Own reliability, performance, and developer experience for internal users
What you bring
- Track record building platforms used by other engineering teams
- Comfort with Python, Go, or similar systems-adjacent languages
- Bias to making other engineers more productive
