SEMI SENIOR ACCOUNTANT/ ACCOUNTS TECHNICIAN

Due to significant client wins and sustained business growth, our client now has a genuinely exciting career opportunity for an AAT qualified/AAT part qualified candidate to commence a training contract within the firm which will ensure that you realise your full career potential, ultimately qualifying as an ACCA Qualified Accountant under their remit.

The firm will provide you with a fully comprehensive study package, attractive salary (with regular reviews) excellent benefits package and bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• Preparing annual financial statements
• Corporation Tax and SA tax to ETB and submission
• VAT Returns
• Payroll preparation
• General client bookkeeping
• Knowledge of Sage/Xero/Quickbooks and Iris

Qualifications

• AAT qualified/AAT part qualified candidate to commence a training contract within the firm, ultimately qualifying as an ACCA Qualified Accountant
• You will currently be at the 'Semi Senior' level, with solid bookkeeping experience, and some exposure to preparing final accounts for smaller businesses
