Senior Nurse/Mental Health Practitioner
Experienced registered Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers or Occupational Therapists are invited to join Bolton’s multidisciplinary community CAMHS team.
As Senior Nurse/Mental Health Practitioner you will deliver high standards of evidence‑based, client‑centred care to children and young people with mental health problems within the THRIVE framework.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing evidence‑based client centred care to children and young people with mental health problems under the THRIVE framework.
- Delivering interventions, advice, consultancy and supervision to colleagues and external partner agencies in line with THRIVE.
- Supporting the development of the role in line with the CYPMH strategy and national/local initiatives.
- Demonstrating an attitude that respects and values service users and their carers.
- Embracing the organisation’s core values and adopting the principles of Recovery and THRIVE, including promoting safe practices, valuing the aims of service users, working in partnership, offering meaningful choice, being optimistic of positive change, and valuing social inclusion.
We offer access to clinical supervision, individual line management, a weekly multi‑disciplinary team meeting and partial remote working where possible.

- Pay Enhancements – 30% additional for Evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays and 60% additional for Sundays and Bank holidays.
