Here's a role that's refreshingly straightforward — strong salary, short week, predictable time off, and zero overnight nonsense. If you want to do good medicine without sacrificing your evenings (or your sanity), this ones built right.
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (DOE)
Working pattern: 4 days per week with a generally fixed day off
Weekends: 1 in 4
Nights / On-call: None
You'll join a well-organised first-opinion practice with a sensible caseload and a supportive team. Days are structured, consult times are realistic, and clinical decisions are respected. This is a role for vets who want consistency, autonomy, and balance — without stepping back professionally.
