• £100 bonus for holding the duty phone overnight (+ 40% additional payment if called out)

The Role

• Small animal locum position in an independent practice
• Standard working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm, with a generous 2-hour lunch break
• Opportunity for shorter or longer-term placements (flexible dates available)
• Clinical freedom to manage and develop cases
• Well-equipped practice including digital X-ray, dental X-ray, and essential diagnostic tools

This independent practice may not be the most modern, but it places a high value on clinical standards and team input, particularly as it works towards RCVS accreditation. The team fosters a collaborative culture where ideas and improvements are genuinely welcomed.
