Cowshed is a premium, fragrance-led bath and body beauty brand founded in 1998 by Soho House. Following its acquisition by Matrix, Cowshed is entering a defining new chapter.

We’re hiring a Social Media & Influencer Manager to build and own how Cowshed shows up across social and creator channels at this pivotal moment.

This role sits within Brand and leads the strategy and execution of the social and influencer function, from creator relationships and content, to community and cultural relevance. You will partner with DTC to amplify strong brand-led work through paid, but the centre of gravity is brand, taste, and content.

What you’ll do:

You will define and build Cowshed’s social and influencer presence from the ground up.

That means:

This is a hands‑on role, particularly early on, but not purely executional. You should be as comfortable shaping direction as you are creating yourself, and able to scale output through collaborators over time.
