Key job responsibilities
- Driving strategic planning and execution across Core Science and Engineering, including 3-Year Planning and annual planning (OP1/OP2)
- Owning mission‑critical business operations and inspection mechanisms that keep our organization operating at peak performance
- Leading innovative initiatives that strengthen our organization's capabilities to improve quality of talent
- Developing scalable frameworks that become the standard for how we operate and grow
- Partnering with partner teams to translate data insights into actionable solutions that drive meaningful change

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing, analysing and communicating results to senior leadership
- 7+ years of HR or business function experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience working with global cross‑functional teams
- Experience creating reports, interpreting metrics and driving overall insights or analysis
- Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information
- Experience with high quality document preparation and presentation
- Master's degree, or Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organisational development, instructional design or related field
