Generator Service Engineer (Plant)

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per annum. Includes 33 days holiday, option to buy additional holiday, company pension, enhanced overtime rates, and technical training.

Field‑based role, commutable from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich and the surrounding areas.

This position is for a Service Engineer or Technician, responsible for the servicing, installation and maintenance of generators and plant systems. The role offers extensive training, career progression opportunities and generous overtime rates.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of a variety of generators.
• Operate as a member of the wider field‑based service team.
• Take advantage of enhanced overtime rates to increase earnings.
• Participate in technical training and pursue career progression.

Candidate Requirements

• Service Engineer or Technician with a background in generators, REME, ex‑forces, plant, or a similar field.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to join an expanding employee‑first business.
• Field‑based, commutable from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich and surrounding areas.
