INFORM3 are currently recruiting a Licensing Officer to take on the crucial role in supporting the Licencing Manager with day to day administration and diary management based in the office in Derry/L’Derry.

The client has over 30 years’ experience in Civil Engineering and have an excellent reputation amongst their clients for achieving consistent high-quality work on their projects.

Licensing Officer Requirements:

• Carrying out T5 Process – Taking the crews photos and creating an evidence pack to demonstrate work completed. Evidence packs to include Word Document, Excel Spreadsheet accompanied with Photos.

• Maintaining and updating internal systems, including calendar validation for civils teams to ensure scheduling accuracy.
• Assisting with time management and deadline adherence within a performance-focused environment.
• Guaranteeing all outputs meet accuracy, timeliness, and compliance requirements in line with Purple Book Standards.
• Performing routine administrative duties to support the licensing department's daily operations.

Licensing Officer Specification:

• Background in telecoms or utilities preferred, though not mandatory
• Proven experience in administrative roles
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational capabilities
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Familiarity with ARC-GIS is advantageous; training available for those without prior experience
• Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and delivering work within set deadlines
