This is a great opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join a well-established, market-leading managed print provider that genuinely invests in its people and service function.

You’ll be working with a Canon platinum partner, supported by a collaborative and experienced service team, with realistic workloads and a strong emphasis on quality, not volume.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and supporting Canon MFDs, ImagePRESS, and Pro-Print devices, including Fiery controllers and network integration. The role is field based, covering the East and South Midlands and surrounding areas, with a strong focus on first-time fix and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

  • Servicing and maintaining Canon MFD and production print devices
  • Supporting and configuring Fiery controllers and workflows
  • Installing devices and integrating them into customer networks
  • Setting up scan‑to‑email and scan‑to‑folder solutions
  • Diagnosing faults and resolving issues efficiently
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Keeping service records accurate and up to date

What we’re looking for

  • A skilled field service engineer, who has gained exposure to all/any of the following: Canon MFDs, ImagePRESS, and Pro-Print equipment (or a mixture of any of these)
  • Comfortable working with Fiery controllers
  • Good understanding of networked print environments
  • Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
