Junior Field Service Engineer (Solar) – Luton (commutable from Bedford, Bletchley, Watford)

Role Responsibilities
- Visual inspection activities, cleaning and reporting to main team.
- Routine maintenance activities on module mounting systems, fence and gates, inverters and transformer stations.
- Corrective measures as a first responder to help identify issues on PV systems.
- Basic on-site activities alongside experienced field service engineers, including visual inspection of solar assets, meter readings, maintenance, and stock management to ensure full operational capacity of on‑site PV systems.
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of electrical experience.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 (desirable).
- Clean UK driving licence.
- Basic electrical knowledge; recent completion of an electronically biased university degree or college course, or an electrician's mate with desire to gain solar experience.
