- Title: Head of Performing Arts (Music specialist)
- Contract: Full‑time, permanent
- Salary: Teachers’ Main – Upper Pay Scale (National) £32,916‑£51,048 + TLR 2B £5,871

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent standards of teaching and learning across the subject.
- Take responsibility for the strategic overview of the department, including self‑evaluation and the improvement plan.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategic interventions for the department.
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children.
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
- Evidence of effective continuous professional development.
