No experience needed – Whether you studied STEM or non-STEM, all you need is a 2:1 degree and a passion for data and we’ll teach you the rest.

We're always on the lookout for ambitious individuals who are ready to launch an impactful career in data and AI, with:
A 2:1 degree or higher in any discipline (STEM or non-STEM) excluding Computer Science
A passion for problem-solving and technology
Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability
The right to work in the UK
You’ll receive a £32,250 starting salary when you begin your first client project.
Before that, you’ll complete 15 weeks of fully salaried training (£24,500 pro rata), giving you the skills and confidence to succeed before you step into your first role.
From there, your salary increases regularly as you progress:
0–6 months (on client): £32,250
6–12 months: £33,250
12–18 months: £42,500*
18–24 months: £45,000*
*Subject to performance milestones
Beyond the two-year programme, consultants typically progress to £60,000+
