Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual berth sales targets and drive revenue across berthing, storage, and boatyard services
- Proactively win new business, including competitor conversions
- Manage and track the sales pipeline via CRM
- Deliver against set KPIs
- Work closely with Marina Managers and Operations teams
- Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis
- Support marketing activity using customer and NPS insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies, H&S, and sales processes
About You
- Strong track record of hitting targets and converting leads
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident using CRM systems and managing pipelines
- Organised, proactive, and commercially driven
- Marine or leisure sector experience is a plus
