  • Work closely with Marina Managers and Operations teams
  • Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis
  • Support marketing activity using customer and NPS insights
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, H&S, and sales processes

About You

  • Strong track record of hitting targets and converting leads
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident using CRM systems and managing pipelines
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially driven
  • Marine or leisure sector experience is a plus
