Position Overview
Our client is seeking a driven and adaptable Senior Sales Development Representative to join their expanding UK team based in Richmond. This role is ideal for a confident, tenacious sales professional with B2B experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment. As a Senior SDR, you will take ownership of outbound activity, building relationships with senior executives through strategic cold calling and targeted email campaigns. You’ll play a key role in generating high‑quality pipeline, consistently exceeding meeting and activity targets, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Engage senior‑level decision makers and build strong, long‑term business relationships.
- Conduct thorough research into prospects and target companies using modern sales and prospecting tools.
- Clearly understand client needs and position tailored solutions to add value.
- Consistently achieve and exceed meeting‑booked, activity, and pipeline targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and technical experts to ensure smooth sales handovers and customer experience.
- Accurately manage leads and sales activity within the CRM.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Act as a senior presence within the team, leading by example in activity levels, quality conversations, and results.
