M+C Saatchi World Services is part of the M+C Saatchi Group, a global creative solutions company headquartered in the UK, with major hubs across Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. Guided by the belief that cutting‑edge communications and technologies can change the world, we help our clients solve some of the world’s most complex challenges — operating at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and impact to shape narratives, influence behaviour, and deliver meaningful real‑world outcomes.
As a Senior Account Manager in M+C Saatchi World Services in London, you’ll play a central role in delivering high‑impact communications campaigns focused on social change and complex global issues. Working cross‑agency you’ll support the full lifecycle of integrated communications projects in a specialist team as a senior point of expertise within your assigned regions and areas of operation. You’ll work closely with project teams, strategy, insights, geopolitics, production and delivery colleagues to ensure network activity is effective, well‑managed and aligned with project objectives. This is a role for someone confident operating in complex environments, able to build strong relationships, comfortable engaging internal and external stakeholders, exercise sound judgement, manage risk, and take responsibility for both people and outcomes.
Own and manage delivery. Oversee delivery across timelines, budgets, and strategy. You’ll be the expert on your assigned areas of operation, understanding local dynamics, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with project teams. Work closely with project and support teams (including strategy, insights, geopolitics, production, and dissemination) to keep work moving from planning through delivery. Attend project meetings, provide expert input, and ensure actions are followed through.
Deliver high‑quality reporting. Produce and oversee reporting, including atmospherics, activity updates, and investigative reports. Ensure information is accurate, timely, and clearly communicated to line management and project teams.
Engage confidently with suppliers. Present clearly and articulately. Lead constructive discussions around feedback, filter and debrief thoughtfully, and push back where appropriate in a clear and solutions‑focused way.
Build strong relationships. Develop trusted relationships with cross‑agency teams. Represent creative and strategy perspectives effectively, and demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant regions, sectors, and current affairs.
Manage risk. Support risk management at project and regional level, including preparation of documentation. Promote best practice, ensuring SOPs are followed at all times.
Lead and develop others. Support and train assigned more junior colleagues, setting clear standards and providing guidance based on your experience. Maintain awareness of workload, wellbeing, and resilience within the team.
Oversee administration and finance. Maintain accurate records of network contact and activity, ensuring data is properly captured and stored. Manage day‑to‑day network finances, including trackers and budget oversight, and contribute to discussions about appropriate funding levels.
You’ll have experience in commercial communications, international development, capacity building or similar, within complex, high‑stakes environments. You’re organised, perceptive, and emotionally intelligent, with a clear sense of responsibility to the organisation, the suppliers you work with, and the wider impact of the work.
