Assistant Head of Year
- Salary: £27,125 to £28,984 per annum
- NJC Scale Point: 18–22
- Hours: 37 per week, 39 weeks per annum
- Commencing: As soon as possible
We are searching for motivated, independent, and hardworking education professionals to join Pool Hayes Academy. This is a non‑teaching role that requires a proactive interest in education and a desire to support the school in achieving the best possible outcomes for all students.
Responsibilities
- Enable every student to fulfil their potential as individual learners, effective citizens and well‑rounded individuals.
- Lead a team of tutors and influence all staff, parents/carers and stakeholders in raising aspiration and improving outcomes.
Qualifications
- Basic education to GCSE level, including English and Maths.
- Completed relevant courses such as coaching, mentoring or study support.
- Previous experience working with young people.
