The Performance Specialist is responsible for driving the assessment and qualification of Performance products and services to prospective buyers and will work alongside the existing IBS Specialist Teams. This also includes the provision of sales support via demonstrations, pilots, proofs of concept, discussions and coordination of activities with FactSet’s sales staff and leadership.**What We're Looking For:** At least 10 years experience in a sales and/or client facing role with a strong record and good understanding of customer needs and building effective relationships.Self-starter with a proven ability to excel in a collaborative team environment. Interpersonal skills along with verbal and written communication skills required to build relationships and interface with key stakeholders at all levels of the businessStrong organizational and presentation skills. Strong time management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel. Strong problem solving/analytical skills.
