We’re recruiting a Freight Sales Executive to join a well‑established, independently owned freight forwarder with a strong reputation across RoRo, project cargo, and global logistics in Southampton, Hampshire

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key customer relationships

- Prepare competitive quotations for RoRo and OOG shipments

- Oversee bookings in line with company SOPs
- Ensure high levels of service across the full shipment lifecycle

- Strong background in sales and account management
- Experience handling Out of Gauge (OOG) cargo
- Solid understanding of import/export and shipping processes
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
