Within the role of Area Sales Manager, you will promote both new & used machinery sales across West Midlands & Wales.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Managing and growing sales of new and used construction machinery
- Developing long-term relationships with contractors, construction hire businesses, and end users
- Identifying new opportunities and converting leads into profitable business
- Preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and closing sales
- Working closely with service and parts teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Keeping up to date with market trends, competitors, and product developments
Requirements of Role:
- Proven experience in field sales (construction plant, powered access, agricultural, material handling, forklift truck, or capital equipment)
- Strong territory planning skills, with the willingness to travel
- Must be a team player
- Hold a UK driving licence
