This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early experience in project coordination or scheduling to grow into a professional project planning role. You will work directly with an experienced Senior Planner and gain hands‑on exposure to complex programme environments, with full support to develop your planning expertise.
Requirements
Planning Support & Scheduling
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using MS Project.
- Support integration of contractor and supplier schedules into programme plans.
- Help track progress, identify variances and support recovery actions.
- Contribute to planning activities across initiation, design, procurement, delivery and handover.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the Senior Planner to provide planning inputs to clients, design partners and contractors.
- Support preparation for planning reviews and coordination sessions.
- Help ensure planning data is accurate, consistent and aligned across all stakeholders.
Reporting & Governance
- Support weekly and monthly planning reports, including:
- Progress summaries
- Milestone tracking
- Critical path updates
- Assist with maintaining baseline controls and change records.
Risk & Best Practice
- Help identify schedule risks and dependencies.
- Contribute to modelling mitigation scenarios under guidance.
- Apply and learn planning standards and best practices aligned to client expectations.
Skills & Experience
- About 2 years’ experience in project planning, project coordination or PMO activities.
- Some experience using MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with willingness to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude and motivation to grow into a full project planning role.
- Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced and evolving project environment.
