PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Project Administrator

Current vacancy for a Project Administrator to work within a busy capital projects and property team. The role is available on an interim to permanent basis based in Coventry city centre working office hours between 8am – 4pm.

Key duties will include:

• General day to day office administration duties.
• Maintaining up to date and accurate projects files including relevant documents.
• Assisting with process of invoices.
• Booking in site inductions for contractors.
• Checking status of payments with internal and external suppliers.

Ideally you will have worked within a property team and have experience of working with asset software and be competent of using Microsoft packages.

Location: Coventry
Salary: £12 - £13 per hour
