MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Regional Operations Manager to lead field service teams across the South East
As an Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing, supporting and leading a team of field service technicians across the region.
- Contributing to the planning and execution of agreed goals and measurable targets
- Responsible for ensuring team members receive the appropriate training, coaching and performance management to perform their role to the highest standard
- Establish and maintain an effective debriefing process on a frequent basis to ensure goals and targets are met
- Contribute to grading evaluations and development planning as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Proven 3-4 years field service experience as a service technician with proven experience leading a team
- An Electrical qualification is required; with previous work on single and 3 phase equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Excellent organisation and computer skills
- Experience in the warewash and or catering industry is desirable
Salary & Benefits
- Excellent basic salary
- Company Vehicle (with private use) and a fuel card
- 25 days annual leave – plus bank holidays (increasing with service)

- Core hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
