What we typically look for:

• Previous experience within the energy sector is essential
• 6+ months’ experience in outbound B2B lead generation, telemarketing, business development, or sales
• Confidence discussing energy‑related products, services, or market concepts with senior stakeholders
• A target‑driven mindset with a clear motivation to maximise commission and earnings
• Proven ability to build strong business relationships and manage a sales pipeline
• Ambition, resilience, and a genuine interest in developing a long‑term career in energy and sustainability

What we offer (when roles are live):

• £25,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
• Realistic and achievable OTE of £37k+, with top performers earning significantly more
