Job Overview

The Division of Surgery is recruiting a Business Support Manager for the Head and Neck/Oral and Max Fac Directorate. This role is part of the division’s operational management team and works alongside Directorate Managers and Operational Service Leads to support surgical specialties and collaborate with clinical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse performance data to inform decision making.
• Liaise with various staff disciplines to organise additional capacity to meet division demands.
• Day‑to‑day responsibility for the line management of administrative and clerical staff.
