Merchandising Manager – Autonomy – International Brand – Hybrid 3/2 – Cotswolds – Serious Growth Potential

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is partnered with a leading ethical apparel brand that places merchandising at the forefront of its decision-making. The brand is committed to the planet, product quality, sustainability at the heart of what they do. Having achieved one of its best years, the company seeks to further advance its business and merchandising function. This role will be key in continuing that progress. It carries management responsibility for a team of eight. The role will require presence in the office in the Cotswolds, usually three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake flow into business to hit monthly forecasts, drive sales and minimise risks
• Plan budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy based on overall business and financial goals.
• Identify category risks and opportunities; recommend activity to increase sales and profit, and decrease stock risk.
• Recommend promotions and re‑buys as necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage new products, limited edition lines and seasonal campaigns, escalating and resolving issues and communicating progress.
• Collaborate with the broader product team to plan product ranges, considering customer demand, pricing and margin requirements.
