Responsibilities
- Analyze procurement data to uncover trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
- Track risks and monitor key commodities to inform pricing strategies.
- Support category managers with supplier tender analysis.
- Prepare monthly management reports and manage KPI tracking.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools.
- Oversee procurement performance tracking and supplier rebate reporting.
- Drive procurement data governance and master data quality improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate and optimise BI solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement analysis.
- High proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas/macros).
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
