Tyre Inspector for Fleets

- Support fleet customers by ensuring tyres are safe, compliant, and performing effectively.
- Help maximise tyre lifespan and improve operational efficiency for customers.
- Contribute to delivering high service standards and meeting inspection targets.
- Play a key role in connecting customers, technicians, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct tyre inspections at customer sites in line with service level agreements.
- Gather and assess tyre data to identify performance and safety improvements.
- Recommend and coordinate remedial actions with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with service coordinators to ensure timely and effective follow-up actions.
- Manage workload to meet monthly inspection targets and KPIs.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Monitor product performance to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in transport, automotive, or a customer-facing role (B2B experience desirable).
- Knowledge of commercial tyres or vehicles is beneficial but not essential (full training provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Confident using IT systems and digital tools.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE level or equivalent desirable).
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
Important Information:
- Full-time, permanent role with opportunities across the UK.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required.
- Competitive salary (£35,000 – £40,000 OTE).
