As the Sr. Manager, People Operations, you will be a builder and an operator: someone who can assess a team that's early in its development, establish a clear strategy and operating model, and deliver a seamless employee experience across our global entities. You'll own the true operational core of the employee experience: employee lifecycle administration, global compliance, immigration, and mobility.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the leaders of Benefits and Systems, People Business Partners, and cross‑functional leaders to manage the operational backbone of our people infrastructure. You'll report to the Head of People Operations & Strategy and serve as a key voice on how we run and scale our global people operations.

Our People team ensures that every Vantan has an exceptional experience from day one through their entire journey with us.
