A well‑established, purpose‑driven membership organisation is embarking on a significant technology and digital transformation and is seeking an experienced Product and Experience Design Manager to lead the evolution of its product and design capability. This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape a truly product‑led culture while improving outcomes for members, students, and internal users.

You’ll play a critical role in moving the organisation from a relatively immature product environment to a more mature, value‑driven, and user‑centred model. Balancing strategic direction with hands‑on delivery, you’ll set the standards for product excellence while actively engaging in prioritisation, backlog management, and day‑to‑day product decision‑making.

The Role

As Product and Experience Design Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across product ownership, analysis, and experience design. You’ll define and drive a clear product vision and ensure best‑practice product and design thinking is embedded across the delivery lifecycle.

This role requires someone who is product‑first, pragmatic, and confident rolling up their sleeves - shaping roadmaps, refining backlogs, and ensuring priorities are aligned to customer value, organisational strategy, and technical sustainability.
