Office Manager – Print & Sign Industry
Location: Winsford
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm, with flexibility)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Are you an organised, proactive Office Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment? This role offers an opportunity to join a small, friendly team within the print and signage industry in Winsford and to bring structure, improve processes, and serve as the central point of coordination across a busy office.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all incoming emails and handling customer enquiries
- Preparing and reviewing quotes to ensure accuracy
- Speaking with customers and keeping them updated on their orders
- Monitoring and managing stock levels
- Planning and organising diaries for installation teams/fitters
- Implementing new processes to improve efficiency and streamline the office
- Managing and updating social media pages
- Supporting with design administration (moving artwork into templates – full training provided)
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping and bank reconciliations using Sage accounting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in an office management or administration role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with customers and building relationships
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proactive, with a focus on improving systems and processes
- Familiar with bookkeeping basics (Sage experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Willing to learn new skills, including design administration
