Foreman

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum + overtime, training and progression opportunities.

The role

As the depot foreman, you will oversee the onsite engineering team and serve as their go‑to person, ensuring smooth operations and support for daily tasks.

• Lead and motivate a plant hire engineering team.
• Work Monday to Friday with a Saturday on a rota.
• Provide guidance and pass on knowledge to team members.

Candidate requirements

• Plant hire or similar background.
• Experience as a foreman, supervisor or engineer.
• Desire for a leadership role.
• Full driving licence.
