Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Newcastle

We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our vibrant team.

Joining an existing team led by the Programme Manager, the Quality Control Inspector (Clerk of Works) is responsible for monitoring construction quality on site, ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and statutory requirements. The role acts as the client's on site representative, providing impartial advice, documenting progress, and identifying issues before they become costly defects.

Working on various projects, including new build traditional and timber frame housing, HRB reclad schemes, LWS apartment builds, listed buildings across Newcastle and surrounding areas.
