Our client is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and growth into various export markets, they are looking for a CAPEX Project Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead high‑value projects that modernise production and boost efficiency.
• Own projects end‑to‑end—from concept and design to commissioning and handover.
• Work at the heart of the action with engineering, operations, and senior leadership.
• Champion cutting‑edge solutions in automation, sustainability, and performance.
• Deliver projects that directly impact how a beloved brand is made.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Proven success delivering capital projects in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong engineering or technical background.
• Confident managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Natural leader who thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
• Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Experience in refurb, install and commissioning of machinery.
