The Opportunity

Join us for a 24-month development role, where you'll gain hands‑on experience within our Direct Procurement team. Based in Folkestone, Kent (hybrid), you’ll work with real data, build robust Excel models, maintain Power BI dashboards, and contribute to procurement and supply‑related projects across Europe. You’ll be part of a supportive, medium‑sized team that values curiosity, encourages development, and always makes time for coaching and questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse procurement data and provide insight to support category decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and Excel models for cost tracking and performance management.
• Support sourcing activity for packaging and raw materials across Europe.
• Contribute to cross‑functional project work across Procurement and Supply.
• Prepare presentations and visuals to support data‑driven decision making.
• Assist with process optimisation, cost analysis, and continuous improvement activity.

Education & Experience

• Postgraduate or recent graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel capability and experience using Power BI for reporting.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) desirable.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Highly organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Curious mindset with a proactive, “can‑do” approach.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications.

This role works Monday – Friday, 37‑hours per week.
