We are seeking an organized and proactive MPC Administrator to join our team. In this role you will manage works orders from receipt through invoicing and delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently, and liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal departments for seamless coordination. A key responsibility is issuing the necessary CE certification to comply with CE directives, ensuring all processes meet required standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee progress of new machine arrivals and deliveries, providing updates to Sales teams in Duxford.
- Convert work orders into job packs for the workshop.
- Process internal and external orders, invoices and warranty claims.
- Liaise with preferred suppliers and contractors on‑site.
- Issue necessary Construction Equipment certification from Immingham.
- Complete Notification of Delivery routine and close cases when work is finished.
- Post engineer’s labour hours into the Integrated Dealer Management System (IDMS).
- Upload documents to SMT safety databases.
- Book machine and article deliveries, prepare dispatch documentation, and collate holiday forms.
- Provide cover for the Team Leader as needed and adhere to health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an order processing or customer service setting.
- Exceptional organisational abilities, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise with ease.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for tracking progress and generating reports.
- Strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail.
- Capable of thriving independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
Desirable
- Experience in the heavy machinery or construction industry.
