Digital Business Analyst
Leicester (Hybrid)
Bellrock Group are looking for two experienced Digital Business Analyst to support the Digital Delivery team by conducting high‑quality analysis, engaging stakeholders, and helping shape solutions that align with strategic goals. You will contribute to the successful delivery of Bellrock’s digital transformation initiatives by translating business needs into actionable requirements and supporting the implementation of solutions that deliver measurable value.
You will work collaboratively across departments to understand business challenges, clarify requirements, and ensure digital solutions meet user and organisational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis activities across digital projects, including discovery, requirements gathering, and solution validation.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into clear, prioritised requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other engagement methods to elicit and validate business needs.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Support user‑centred design and data‑driven decision‑making across digital initiatives.
- Ensure traceability of requirements through to delivery and assist with change control processes.
- Identify data improvement opportunities, supporting better reporting, compliance monitoring, and asset performance insights.
- Continuously review emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations that support Bellrock’s digital and operational strategy.
Skills & experience
- Recognised qualification in Business Analysis (e.g., BCS, IIBA) or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of digital delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent requirements‑gathering skills, including workshops, interviews, and user research.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Skilled in process mapping, gap analysis, and documenting current‑state and future‑state workflow.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in delivering digital transformation projects and working with modern platforms and technologies.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems and delivering value.
- Organised, self‑motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
