We’re looking for a Product Lead to own a conversion experience unlike anything else in the market: A high-emotion, high-consideration luxury funnel that's closer to editorial storytelling than traditional ecommerce.

After experiencing 300% growth over the last two years, Ffern is building a team of digital product pods. Sat within the growth team, you’ll be leading the highest impact pod, conversion pod, taking responsibility for our primary acquisition funnel.
You’ll directly shape how product is developed and iterated at Ffern, setting standards for AB testing, road mapping, and product management work.
What you'll do
- Own the primary acquisition route from onboarding through to monetisation
- Drive successful subscriber growth through robust experimentation in pricing, packaging, payments and upsells
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for new monetisation models that drive meaningful revenue growth
- Create consistent frameworks and metrics, reporting, processes, and measurement systems for growth efforts and experiments
- Create an outstanding end-to-end customer experience by pairing rapid, iterative testing with thoughtful and considered narrative design
- Directly shape experimentation stack, tooling and modelling, and evangelise it within Ffern
What we're looking for
Must have:
- 3+ years in product growth, with emphasis on conversion optimisation and onboarding funnels, ideally in a B2C start up
- Proven expertise in designing, running, and analysing A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
- Track record of working effectively with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver growth outcomes
- Ability to prioritise ruthlessly and deliver high impact quickly
- Data-driven, insight-led, and experimentation-focused mindset
- Strong intuition for brand and editorial quality
