Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dunsfold for a Customer Experience Sales Advisor. The primary responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and guiding them through Everyman Driving’s bespoke offerings. The role requires handling inquiries, promoting sales of driving experiences. The Advisor will also collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent and high-quality customer journey.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively and build positive relationships with clients.
• Exceptional Customer Service and Sales abilities to identify customer needs and recommend suitable driving experiences.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or sales environment is advantageous.
• Passion for motor sports and a willingness to learn about driving experiences is a plus.
• Flexibility to work on-site and a proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
