An exciting senior opportunity has arisen to join a leading multi-disciplinary planning consultancy in Birmingham City Centre. With ambitious growth plans and a thriving pipeline of projects, this is an excellent chance for an Associate Town Planner on the cusp of promotion, Associate Director or experienced Associate Director ready to step up into a Planning Director position.

This business is renowned for its national reach, excellent reputation, and commitment to developing their team. The current leadership team are dedicated to supporting the next generation of Directors with a clear pathway to Senior Director level within 5 years.

Key points of the role:

• Lead and deliver a wide variety of projects including residential, commercial, retail, regeneration, and renewable energy
• Scope to tailor projects around your sector interests and expertise
• Must have a strong understanding of UK planning system
• Direct mentorship and backing from well respected leaders in the industry
• A transparent progression plan to Senior Director level, fully supported by the leadership team
• Strong emphasis on professional development, networking, and CPD
• A collaborative, supportive culture where your ideas are encouraged and valued
• MRTPI chartered

You don’t need to come with a huge client base but experience in business development and generating work is preferred. More importantly, my client is looking for someone ambitious, eager to grow, and ready to take ownership of their projects. • Salary up to £70,000 (depending on experience)
