Wills and Probate Lawyer

Oculus are partnering with a long-established regional law firm with a strong heritage that has developed into a respected five-office practice across the Midlands. Their Nottinghamshire office has seen steady growth in recent years, alongside an increasing and consistent private client workload.

They are now looking to appoint an experienced Wills and Probate Lawyer to join the team and take on a varied caseload within a supportive and growing office.

Key responsibilities

• Meeting clients and taking instructions

• Drafting and updating wills and lasting powers of attorney

• Managing a varied Wills and Probate caseload

• Undertaking legal research where required

• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within required timescales

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Wills and Probate

• Strong experience in Wills, Court of Protection and LPA drafting

• Confident managing your own caseload independently

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• Experience working with High Net Worth clients is beneficial
