Working Monday Friday 8am 4.30pm for a 37.5 hour week, the right candidate will support the full range of administration, to assist in raising the profile of safety and environmental management across the site.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Role :
Assist with the promotion of safety culture / awareness taking into account behaviours and attitudes
Minute taking in meetings in relation to EHS compliance
Promote the use of hazard reporting mechanisms to increase reporting / resolution figures
Assist in co-ordinating fire management on site
Assist in the improvement of communication with tool-box talks, communication screens, and meetings
Conduct Staff Inductions
Provide support for the EHS & Production Manager
Experience xwzovoh and Skills Required:
IOSH Managing Safely
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to handle multiple priorities
Good written and presentation skills
Strong IT skills and ability to analyse data
Minimum of 2 years in a Manufacturing environment (desirable)
